All Toucan Art's Oil Paintings are painted by carefully selected commercial artists. Most artists have years of experience and a high standard of craftsmanship. All artists paint according to high quality standards and are quality monitored.


Back to topAre there any additional costs when I import paintings and frames into my country?

Toucan Art does not charge you any additional fees. All you pay to Toucan Art is what you see when you check out of the system. No hidden fees, no hidden charges.

However local import taxes and tariffs exist in some countries around the globe. These tariffs or taxes vary from country to country and apply in some cases.

Please contact your local tax authorities who will be able to provide you with exact information regarding these import tariffs or taxes.

Yes, as a standard procedure we send after each order that leaves our warehouse a shipment confirmation to the customer's email address which contains the information how to trace & track the shipment.

Go to the Toucan Art Web Site and click on the login button on the top navigation menu. Once you are on the login screen you will see a button called “forgot your password?”. Click on this button and submit your email address with which you registered.

The password will than be automatically sent to your e-mail account.

Yes, all our paintings are entirely hand made.

If a delivered article shows material defects or transport damages please inform us within 48hrs of receipt. We will replace the damaged items or reimburse them if we are unable to replace them.
